Our Mission:

Commonwealth Home Health Network is committed to providing private duty home health care and senior medical aid services to communities across Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia . Our agency provides educational programming, including experiential learning opportunities to Ross Medical Education Centers/Ross College students. The skills obtained are put into practice serving our clients, while providing peace and comfort to achieve the highest quality of life possible.

Home care services

Commonwealth Home Health Network employs registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, home health aides, and medical social workers to provide nursing, therapy, and personal companion care services to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Our services are certified for reimbursement through Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We accept private pay and participate with most commercial insurances including Auto/Workers Comp or HMO's based upon actual costs. By carefully evaluating the reimbursement alternative of each patient, we are able to meet needs efficiently and economically.
